2:40.0 | So what we have to do is let go of always making ourselves right and open up the possibility of becoming somebody new of claiming a new sense of self worth and self esteem, but also saying, okay, I'm no longer going to look at myself this way. |

3:07.0 | Here's that. When you're thinking about what you want to happen, you feel happy and therefore you perform better today, but let me tell you the second more important benefit. |
3:15.0 | When you think about what you want to happen, you are projecting up on the screen of your subconscious mind, a vivid image of what you want to happen. |
3:22.0 | And we are just like target guided missiles. We have within us the subconscious that begins to program us toward the realization of that we hold in the target of our subconscious mind. |
