Summary
In this episode, Ed Foreman highlights that you elevate everything about yourself when you upgrade your thinking. All that we are is essentially the result of what we have thought.
According to Ed, how you see yourself gives you a hint of where you’re going to be years from now. After all, what a person thinks is what he becomes. When you believe in something so firmly and vividly, what you imagine begins to become your reality.
For Ed, the mind has the power to change a life, and that we have a choice to use that power accordingly. Finally, as Descartes once said, “It is not enough to have a good mind. The main thing is to use it well.”
