When you are done right after a workout, some people feel a little bit nauseous because your blood is all in your muscles and your body has to kind of reset and kind of get its shit together in order to start digesting and start, you know, slowing the respiratory rate and kind of

shifting from exercise mode into relaxation mode. Essentially, that means sympathetic and

parasympathetic nervous system. So you can eat right after. You don't have to, but it's good

to eat soon after you work out but it doesn't

have to be that fucking moment so if you like protein shakes i personally don't consume those types

of things i just like to eat food but if you don't feel like eating whole food that's usually why

because your body is kind of still coming down off that training high and that training focus

So your body has to kind of reset and get back into the normal housekeeping and the normal

So you don't have to eat immediately after you can. I recommend eating soon, but if you don't feel like at the moment after, you don't have to. It's not going to set you back from your gain.
