but our producer David noticed you when you made a response on TikTok to one of our clips. Yeah, it was the episode of, you mentioned something about,

but there was something like pedantic grammar in there that people were upset about.

So you use that example as like a hint and I stitch that because I do stuff all about linguistics

and I'm constantly talking about prescriptivism versus descriptivism and that's such a great example. Well, hopefully that sort of knowledge will come in good stead somewhere on the show today. What else you work on at the minute other than TikTok? Well, as of when we're recording this, today is actually my birthday, so I'm working on getting a little bit older. Oh, happy birthday, Carson. It's about discovering when a dialect becomes a language.
