Welcome to the happiness podcast, I'm Dr. Robert Puff. I think there's a very common misconception

0:17.2

out there that when we reach a state of happiness, of peacefulness, that everything's

just going to go great, that our lives are going to be smooth,

After all, how could one of my children have any sorts of problems, weren't they perfect?

1:35.0

We may laugh about this, but I do think it's a fairly common misconception that people think

1:40.0
