This is a Q&A session where we have four questions

that have accumulated over the last few weeks that I want to take and designate,

not keep these folks waiting any longer, and address in this episode. And as always,

these questions have very wide applicability.

They may be an issue that you're facing right now.

I may be able to add some insight to one of these questioners that will also help you improve

your performance.

Because the essence, really, if you look at the bottom line of all four questions,

is about improving performance in some manner in any area of our life.

And so I love it. I love being able to take these questions and go through them and share some insight with you.

Whether the insight is helpful or not, you can judge. I always say if you like it, you know, it's kind of like shopping.

If you like it, put it in the cart. If you don't leave it on the shelf. But maybe there's something that will be of assistance.
