You know, life just isn't going to come along and interrupt you and improve you. You have to

seek it out. It has to be intentional. So the question is, what do you do to work on you? Do you do

it consistently enough? Do you do enough of it? You know, it's like life is not just about showing up,

but stepping up. But in order to just step up, you got to get better at what you do. It's not

simply putting in hours, but putting the right things in those hours, the learning in those hours, the applied learning in those hours. You can improve your skills, habits, and attitudes, and get to the next level. I'm talking about reading, listening to materials, and doing it more often, and more depth, and applying more of it. Here's a statistic for you.

Fast Company magazine reports that CEOs are the top companies in the USA read on average of 60 books a year.

And if it's not, you find an excuse. And they also know the book you don't read can't help you. And you can't withdraw from your life, what you don't deposit. Your life gets better when you do. So growth is an automatic
