If something is really surprising, you're completely surprised.

It is as if you were looking into the sky and the sky is completely blue and suddenly something falls from the sky. It's a gift like money. Money just falls from the sky. Now, if the money is high in the sky. Can you see it?

No, you can't.

And then suddenly, when it's very close to you, then you can see the money.

Right?

So in this situation, we use the expression out of the blue out of the blue something happened out of the blue it could be something good like getting money but it could be

something bad like your boss being angry with you. Out of the blue.

He was angry out of the blue. Suddenly, I could not predict that he would be angry, but suddenly he was angry with me.

Suddenly, I received money money i couldn't believe it it was a shock out of the blue i received money oh boy that's a nice situation out of the blue out of the blue.
