And before we get started on today's topic, which I'm really excited about because Sarah and I have basically put together 20 questions that we think you need to ask yourself for your career next year.

And we've put the questions together, but we're going to do some sort of live answering that Sarah

and I haven't really talked about so much. That makes it quite exciting for me. But before we get

into all of that, we just wanted to say a huge thank you, because we're coming to the end of the

year. But it's been a year that this podcast, with Chris podcast, has really,

really grown. Like we've more than doubled the amount of people that have been listening.

We've met so many people at different events that have been listening to it and had lots of

people get in touch with us. And so it really feels like our mission of making work better for

on that and some such nice stories and such nice people that we meet through the podcast. So we

this when we're recording late at night or fitting it in around our work days is really,

really worth it because we know it makes a difference to some people and we hope we can
