0:14.3	And I say both learn from it because we are going to share our examples that we haven't talked about before tonight.
0:22.2	This is probably going to be one of the least scripted podcasts that you've heard. Not that they are particularly scripted anyway, but this
0:27.0	evening we thought it would be useful for us to talk a bit about things from our perspective
0:31.8	where things haven't gone well, see how they match or don't match with the other person,

0:37.8	and work goes wrong all the time in a squiggly career. We know that. I think it's much about
0:43.5	thinking about how you can be resilient, how you can bounce back, what you can learn from it. And before we
0:48.8	dive into those, which I'm hoping is going to be useful for everyone and not just cathartic for us,
