let's dive into this first question here. Clayton, my question is about self-directed 401k, and can I own

rental real estate in a self-directed 401K? Thank you so much for that question. The answer is

absolutely, yes, you can, but it really, well, I should say it depends on your solo or, you know, your solo 401k provider. Okay. So your mileage may vary, but absolutely.
