| 0:39.4 | we handle failure. In our culture, we have some very useful and helpful and productive ideas |
| 0:46.4 | related to failure. For example, you hear me talk about the idea that failure is an event. |
| 0:51.6 | It's not a person. That resonates with you when I say it because that's |
| 0:56.4 | part of our culture. We have a culture that does not, but we don't have a shame and honor culture. |
| 1:01.4 | We don't have this idea that somehow somebody fails and now that person for his generations to |
| 1:06.8 | come is now tainted with the mark of failure. No, we have a culture that is quick to forgive, |
| 1:12.5 | quick to forget. We have a whole bunch of really productive ideas related to that culture, |
| 1:17.8 | specifically where we talk about the importance of people actually being ready for failure |
| 1:25.5 | and embracing it and quickly moving on with their life, right? |
| 1:28.9 | If at first you don't succeed, dust yourself off and try again. |
