form. We get great calls here. We get to here in most days when you're listening. We

do get lots and lots of great calls. Some of those great calls drop though and sometimes

that makes us sad because we wanted to get to that person but we tend to be kind of

fair here. We don't always go exactly in order but we generally go in order and so sometimes

somebody sits on the line a little while and then you're thinking, oh I'm looking forward

to this one and then away they go. Somebody, something happens and the call drops. So

Carla had the great idea. Let's save them up and we'll get to those calls sometime and

that's what we call drop call open form. Is it a drop call open form? I guess so because
