drop daily. I'm just a daily dropper. Let's get into the question of the day. And this one is

0:43.2

from Ashley Castler over on YouTube. Papa Swole, I've had a pinched sciatic nerve for the last

0:49.5

week and a half. And I've been out of the gym two and a half weeks because it's between my sciatica and

0:55.5

bronchitis. Oh my God, you're all fucked up. What recommendations do you have to help with the sciatica

1:00.8

to help it heal and get back in the gym? You got to go for the source of the problem. So I don't

1:06.6

know what's going on in there. Sometimes the sciatic nerve is running through or just below the

1:11.3

periformis muscle. You can try foam rolling, yoga, stretching mobility, that kind of stuff. So look

be consistent with it and see how it goes for you. It's very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very good for most people. So unless you have any contraindications, you go always check with your physician or therapist, but just take your time. You sound like you're dealing with a lot of stuff. Don't stress out. don't try to overload yourself, just take it slow. And remember, this is the journey.

1:44.4

And it's about how you handle them and stay even keel in the storm. And that's what's most important because this is not going to be the last thing you have to deal with. So it's that approach where don't feel overwhelmed. You're just healing. You're just going through a different part of your journey. But I feel like if you work on more mobility, foam rolling and yoga, that's going to really help you get back into just physical activity a lot better and in general.

2:35.5

So I hope you enjoyed that answer.

2:37.3

2:39.5

No, I'm kidding.

2:40.3

I hope you enjoyed that answer to that question.

2:42.8

And remember to keep on plugging in everyone for all my, all my channels.
