from Jacob. Jacob writes in and says, Joshua, long-time listener, and I'm always fascinated with how

well you think things through. You are obviously a big

proponent of using AI. As a Christian, how did you arrive there? I'm not saying that as an

accusation. I'm genuinely curious what moral and ethical implications you've thought through and how

you landed where you did. I'm trying to decide if it's something I want to be using or not.

I appreciate the compliments. And I'm going to answer your question straightforwardly through my

simple way of thinking. And I hope it will be helpful to you.

I don't claim to be a great philosopher or ethicist. I'm just a normal guy in the trenches with you,

thinking these things through. So I'll just share how I've arrived at the decisions that I have made,

the reasoning that undergirds my decisions,

and then I hope it will be useful for you as you consider your own basic decisions as well.
