Summary

I promise it’s never too late to create the life you dream of.

Are you worried that “it’s too late” to achieve the deepest desires of your spirit? Well, great news!  It is time to set worry aside and turn fear into action. An easy step in the process of creating the reality you want to manifest is putting together a vision board. In this episode of the Build with Rob Podcast Rob Dyrdek has a confession of sorts, that he is a 49 year-old, highly successful man with a vision board. Not only does Rob share what’s on his vision board, but he thoughtfully outlines the process of turning photoshopped images into tangible achievements to enrich your life.

I am a 49-year-old man with a vision board. Okay? I got a vision board. You know what I mean?

0:07.9

I am a 49-year-old man with a vision board. And, you know, the craziest thing to me is it's because I have so

0:15.4

much clarity in what I want to accomplish in the future that I get highly detailed on what I want that vision board

0:24.8

to look like and then I Photoshop ideas and put it on there so I see it in the future.

0:32.0

Listen to what I just said to you. I'm a 49 year old man worth hundreds of millions of dollars

0:37.4

who's arguably already

0:38.7

incredibly successful that still uses a vision board as a tool to realize a bigger vision of my

0:46.0

life in the future in detail. And it sounds absurd even when I say it. But man, it is such a great part of continually looking towards that better,

1:00.0

more ideal, amazing future. So my subconscious and my conscious are constantly working on

1:05.8

the plans and the strategies to get there. And at the end of this episode, I'm going to tell you

1:10.7

everything that I got on to tell you everything that

1:11.9

I got on that vision board so that you can wrap your head around what it's like for an adult man's

1:17.8

vision board for you to consider how to look at it yourself. Today, I'm digging in a bit to

1:24.4

see it, believe it, do it as you hear me, tag the end of every single

1:28.0

episode, which is, you know, somewhat challenging for me. Got to come up with a different way to

1:32.3

say it every single episode. Probably going to have to end up cutting together like, you know,

1:37.1

a little package of every single different way that I've said it over every 100 and plus episodes

1:42.3

to see even what it sounds like. It'll have the same flow,

1:46.0

I'm sure, but always those different words. But the concept is more of a continuous process than

1:53.0

just sort of one idea. And it's this idea that you are in this continual state of creating a vision for the future, realizing that

2:04.1

vision and then going again only on so many different layers, on big things, on small things,

2:10.8

you know, creating your weekend plans and, you know, from deciding in the future a job change
