Hi Katie. Hey David and we have Derek story with us. Thanks for coming in Derek.

Oh, it's absolutely my pleasure. Now for those of you who don't already know Derek he's

the guy especially for aperture. I mean for years you've been preaching aperture

and teaching people how to make things happen.

In fact, I think one of the first times you and I met Derek

was at Macworld two or three years ago and we both had got in the night before and there was a lot of

rumors about Aperture 3 coming out and and he said are you ready? I'm like oh yeah I'm ready and I said, are you ready?

I'm like, oh yeah, I'm ready and I said, how about you?

And you said, yeah, I'm fine so long as they don't, you know, come out with a new version of

aperture because it was rumored, right?

And didn't they do it like that morning?

Yeah, the next morning,

a aperture three comes out.

So you've got the whole like an eight day,

an eight hour, I'm sorry, eight hour session planned

around aperture two and Apple drops a new version and I poked

my head in there beforehand and I gotta say Derek Store is one cool customer because I

said what are you going to do?

And he says, well, I downloaded it,

and we're going to figure it out together.

That's what we did to.
