Imagine this. You're working the late shift. The office is empty. The silence is thick. Just as you

settle in, the phone rings. You answer. And what you hear chills you to your core.

It's believed that spirits can manipulate technology

to communicate with the living. But what happens when you answer a call from the other side? Let's

find out. This is Room 323. I used to work at a hotel, mostly night shifts from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

I had been there for about three months, and it was a pretty easy gig.

I worked the front desk, checking guests in and out, assisting with anything they may need during the night.

But as you can imagine, it was usually pretty uneventful. This particular

evening, I arrived at work, got all caught up on laundry, and was pretty bored. So I decided to

watch some YouTube videos on my phone. This is where things get pretty weird. I was in the back of the

front office when I heard the phone ring. How it was set up was. I was in the back of the front office when I heard the phone ring.

How it was set up was that I could see if a guest was calling from inside the hotel, as the

digital reading on the phone would display their room number. I looked down and saw room

323 was calling. I answered with my standard, front desk, how can I help you?

But there was no response.

I waited a few moments.

Again, I said, front desk.
