| 0:47.7 | company called Personal Audio. They were patent rolling the podcast world for |
| 0:51.9 | quite some time going after mostly the really big guys. The EFF raised a |
| 0:56.0 | bunch of money and stepped in and filed an official challenge to it and cited |
| 1:00.3 | real prior art and actually got the patent invalidated. So this decision came |
| 1:05.4 | through about a week ago, a couple days, something like that. And yeah, the EFF has |
| 1:11.1 | succeeded in invalidating this patent that was really threatening all podcasts and |
| 1:15.0 | podcasters and podcast apps and everything that deals with podcasts. So we I |
| 1:20.4 | wanted to at least and I think we as a whole I think to speak for all of us to |
| 1:23.9 | to just thank the EFF for doing this and I would highly suggest to our listeners |
