So the reason why we chose to start today is if you're watching this live, if you're not, no worries. Half of this is that I wanted to meet you where you're at so you can start this whenever. And that was really the purpose of this series. So if you are watching this live, we didn't start this on January 1st. We chose to start this on January 15th, which is a Sunday.

And it is also the day that between 80 to 90% of people will have already given up on their New Year's resolutions that they set on the first.

Hopefully you already watched the live workshop that we did to create your vision board. If you haven't,

go do that. It was so fun. Full party. We did it in here. Lots of champagne. It was so good. But one thing that I shared throughout that was not just have an open mind, but I shared a couple of the rules, like the ground rules that I actually wrote out in the workbook. And the first one is no BS. No fluff, no BS. Don't BS yourself. If you only cheat, you're cheating yourself.

And what I mean by that is, you know, if you want to sugarcoat where your life is actually at right now,

then don't expect a ton of change. If you want change, you need to be super honest, almost brutally

honest with yourself. It doesn't mean tearing yourself down. So in that same breath, no negativity. No naysayers. I want you to dream big. Believe that all is possible because chances are it is for you. And the third thing, leave room for growth. So we're going to play a lot of, you know, let's figure out where you're at. Let's rate you out of 10. If you give yourself a 10 out of 10, you're not leaving yourself much room for growth. So no one's perfect. You don't need to be perfect
