If you're in shock, I'm in shock with you because if I just want to say, I mean, I was with you on this journey.

But if I was you and I started something on day one thinking like, okay, I mean, like I'm going to show up every day and I'm going to freaking follow this and I'm going to hopefully set my life on a brand new course and pivot and do the ish, get stuff done and feel better about the fact that I'm actually doing the things

that matter in my life. And you freaking did it. Like you're here. You know on day one,

whenever I said the whole 1%, you're it. Like you did it. You're the 1%. So if you have some form of

something that you can either drink or pop or be a part of that,
