What's up, up guys? We have a special edition podcast today. John, myself and

Tyler, I know. Just go with it John we were chatting and figured it made sense to get an

accountant bookkeeper on here and kind of chat through some of the options of

the PPE the E I D, and some of these other grants and loans that are

available to help through COVID-19. So we grab Nicole from Landau

Consulting Solutions and we walk through a couple of the scenarios and

what we're doing individually and our thoughts on how we can implement some of this structure

into our business going forward.

She works with me and more specifically has been helping me with this PPP the payroll

protection program.

Nicole I'm going to let you do the talking because I probably pretend to know what you're

telling me to do and I'm just passing that information along.

But the reason we're doing this, you know, I'm going to call it the bonus episode is, you know, this week is because of COVID and because of coronavirus.

And, you know, I think, I keep saying it is that the construction industry and I speak for it because I'm in it but I feel like there's such contradicting information what the right thing to do is you know now I'm working from home where last week I I think it was

last week I don't even know what week it is but I don't think I was and it was you

know because my team wasn't working from home and I felt as though we needed to band together and I was the captain of the ship and if the ship goes down I go down with it but it's like that's not smart because I could be the guy that gives it to my guys so it's we're trying to do everything we can take the right steps but the

feedback that we've been getting is that no one in this industry really knows what the

right thing to do is and not to specifically touch on, but to touch on what we can be doing and how we can be preparing, you know, for normalcy.

Yeah, I feel as contractors were not all necessarily very proactive.

So this might be a good, a little incentive for people to get the ball rolling before it's after the fact.
