we're talking about 2008, and how he up and moved and I mean moved to an area he didn't have anything.

But the crazy thing is he actually bid on Drake's house the first year he was in his new spot.

What's uh, what's life like up in Toronto right now with COVID?

You know what?'s actually for like the way

our business was headed anyway I was kind of slowing things down and dropped a couple of

employees so we could stay more efficient and it just happened to work out pretty

pretty nicely for us with the schedule and we worked with some really good builders that have a lot of

rules and implemented stuff right away. So we got lucky. We got really fortunate that we could stay working and still be within the letter of the law, that sort of thing.

And plus I had, my daughter was born a week ago,

so I had to go into.

Congratulations.

Anyway, I was planning on going on,

you know, taking a week off anyway, so

and it all just fell together at the right time.
