| 0:54.8 | There's a lot of great exercise that you can do that increases your body's demand for |
| 1:00.0 | neuromuscular efficiency, changing planes of motion, doing single leg exercises, activating all |
| 1:05.3 | those muscles in the lower leg and in the hips. |
| 1:07.6 | And what that does is it helps your body. |
| 1:10.4 | It trains your body to maintain position, |
| 1:13.7 | especially when you're changing different planes of motion, when you are rotating, when you're |
| 1:17.6 | doing more time under tension for these stabilizer muscles. There's over 600 muscles in the body |
| 1:22.8 | and most of what we talk about are the chest and the legs and the back. And of course, that's very general because there are many muscles in the legs and the back |

| 1:31.7 | But we talk generally about what we can see on the surface. |
| 1:35.1 | There are a lot of these muscles that are deep inside that are stabilizing our joints and |
| 1:38.9 | protecting us and allowing for those larger muscles to enact force. |

| 1:44.8 | So I recommend you start doing yoga and stabilization training. |
