Next hour our good friend and I mean that our good friend Gary Zimack is here. We've

had some wonderful shows together and he's produced wonderful books to help with one of

the great problems in our entire world these days. Worry, anxiety, that kind of lack of

peace and upset. That the world just seems to foster, just seems to shovel on to people.

Probably the most famous of his books is give up worry for lent. We usually do a lent

show at the beginning of lent or a little before the beginning of lent each year with

that book and I don't know how many people have told us. Among them as I've said many times

my own wife who does it each lent to say that that book is just so helpful. Give up worry

for lent. Well Gary Zimack has got a new book out. It's called God is still good.

When your days are dark God is still good. Biblical advice to help you trust in difficult

times. Gary thanks for being here in the summertime. Oh, it's different. You think we can

handle it? It's not lent. I feel like you're like you're you're you're our Christmas

and Easter guest. Well, that's all right. Most Catholics go to church Christmas and

Easter too. So we're glad that you're here. Thank you. You also do a lot of public speaking.
