Hello and welcome to Capacanster's Live, happy July 3rd to you, it's a bit of a weird

day in America today when we have the weekend and then that weird Monday and then the

holiday happens every now and then and probably a lot of people are off today if you're

off and this is the first time you've ever heard of us you know maybe you're driving

and you're usually at work at this hour.

This is a big deal here in America these last few years we're struggling over and some

of the Supreme Court cases that were just handed down at the end of June are involved

in this and tomorrow being the fourth of July we thought perfect time to talk to a philosopher

whose work involves the issue of church and state so hang around for second hour and
