Today in the podcast, I'm going to share with you some ideas about building a great year for the new year, 26. Every year for the past few years, I've talked about New Year's resolutions, talked about goal setting, and I have a unique perspective that I believe you will find valuable. I have a unique perspective in that I speak with and I coach a significant number of high performance people. I'm not Tony Robbins, but I have a unique perspective from speaking with on an intimate level,

0:40.5

high performance people. And that has deeply influenced my life and given me some ideas

0:46.1

that I want to share with you about the areas that I think the majority of people, I would

0:51.7

1:42.9

informed or more more, yeah, that was too many more well-informed,

1:47.7

becoming well-informed or more informed. In general, there's kind of a colloquial way that we use

1:54.1

to express intelligence, which means somebody who is conversant in a number of different fields,

1:59.8

somebody who has a broad degree of

2:01.5

general knowledge.

2:02.7

So that might be an expression of it.

2:04.4

Or another expression of it might be simply increasing your personal intellectual

2:09.7

horsepower.

2:11.2

And I think either one of those would be good approaches for you.
