Aging is REAL. So, in this weeks Fit For Your Mind Friday I wanted to talk about this truth, and, the false assumed truths around it.

Look, I understand, when we get to a certain age we start to hear about all the issues that we have to embrace. Like, hormones, how our skin changes, and all the other negatives we hear. But, what if we can age in reverse? In this episode I talk about how I've been able to embrace my age and use mindset to reach the next level.

1:24.0

and it's too late. It's just it's part of media. And we get it from media,

1:31.6

we get it from friends. We even get it from doctors. Think about the doctors telling us to accept slowing metabolism, raging hormones, endless age-related issues that we must begin to embrace.

1:39.3

You know, so many times we hear you're going to gain weight because of your age or, you know, your skin's

1:45.4

going to change because of your age. And we hear this and we take it on and it becomes a truth to
