Hey guys, one with something really interesting for today's podcast.

One of more interesting things I've done in a while had a random post on Instagram the other day

where I was just saying thank you to my community and then challenged everybody else to make a bunch of videos that said thank you to their community.

And now what I've decided to do is create a two hour mashup for you to listen to.

I just think that positivity and good and optimism and kindness and warmth and deliciousness and great feelings matters.

So I'm going to pump two hours worth of humans putting out thank yous to the 5,7,1948,460,510,57,136,430,430 followers that all these people have.

And they just went and thank them for a minute.

And now I'm giving you two hours of positivity in your ears because I want you to play this in the background as you work, as you run, as you walk a dog.

Just have a funny feeling. It may tweak your perspective.

Just a funny little podcast that I have a funny feeling you'll go back to every six months or so and just run in the background.

Because what you listen to impacts your actions in a way that really matters and we've accepted that with music and church and sermons and things of that nature.

But I think modern day content is something that we're underestimating and a lot of the actions and good that I'm seeing from my community comes from the absolute positive yet practical reinforcement that I pump with all my fucking soul.

And so here's two hours of my community thanking their community because doing the right thing is always the right thing especially when you help scale it.

It might not be the most viral post but make a post to thank the people that actually support your journey.

So all of you that support mine, so I want to say that I deeply, deeply am grateful that you are on this journey with me.

So part of my even routine is to find what I'm grateful for regardless of how the days panned out.

And before I put the phone in either play mode, you've got to have one last swipe right and I'm glad that I saw Gary V's epic post about why people freaking out about content sometimes it's just the right time to say thank you to your followers.
