| 1:09.0 | But our souls aren't. |
| 1:30.1 | Now, we're losing that connection with the outside world. We're losing that connection and the ability to communicate face to face. And we're losing the ability to be here now. Now, becoming mindful is an art and a technique of becoming aware of the here and now and what it has to offer you. |
