I love the timing of this episode as we head into real fall here in the northern hemisphere. I always feel like fall is such a great time to kind of regroup. It's often a time for a new beginning in my life as I look back over the years. It's oftentimes where I've started something new and actually was able to stick with it in a way that New Year's resolutions have never quite worked for me in that same way.
