So any of you that are fucking listening to this, you're not going to see constant progress all the time. You're not going to see constant progress in every single metric all the time. You go to the gym, you're not going to always be increasing strength, always getting more endurance, always getting more flexible, always, always, always. You're not always going to lose these things at the same time.
