I swear, politics is messier than my minivan and about her candidacy for U.S. Senate in California. Porter, of course, represents part of

who joined us a few weeks ago to talk about the Dominion case against the Fox News Channel,

which he had been covering for the paper, and still is. And we know how that turned out, but I want to get his

perspective on the settlement, but also on the cases Fox will be facing going forward. Of course,

there's the Smartmatic case. Smartmatic is a voting software company about whom several Fox hosts,

Maria Bartaromo, Janine Piro, Lou Dobbs helped spread

false claims that Smartmatic had been the software in the Dominion machines that changed

Trump votes to Biden votes stealing the 2020 election. Smartmatic filed a $2.7 billion defamation suit against Fox for knowingly
