Summary

Every year, Arnold watches people with great intentions get pushed down by life and they never get back up. Even though Arnold knows they don’t want to give up, they still do. If you want to avoid this frustrating phenomenon, Arnold outlines his approach for preparing for hard times so that you can overcome them. Arnold also shares new studies about how much protein you can consume, the minimum amount of sleep you need, and why diet breaks could be a more effective way to lose weight.
