and physical health about six years ago. And after that, I went on a mission to change my life

and the life I live today. Honestly, truly, I don't know if I wake up. Like, there honestly

isn't a day that goes by where I'm not honestly pinching myself and thinking to myself, I cannot

truly believe that this is the life I live now. The changes that I was able to make in my life

by putting in the work and implementing small everyday habits and rituals is seriously insane.

And that is where the Wellness Cafe was born because I truly think that I found these little

secrets to true genuine happiness. And I just wanted to share them and help as many people
