As you may have noticed, I've been bringing new some sort of Saturday little bite-size clips at the moment.

Obviously, Monday and Thursday is the full podcast.

And I saw that, I saw that there are some podcasts, audio podcasts that release every day.

And then there are a lot like, you know, the Jordan Harbinger show and Chris Williamson, and I think Joe Rogin does does it where they have three full episodes a week

now that's mad and I would do it but it's just like I've got a book to write

and I think the problem is because I also co-host on another show

Sean Atwood show on YouTube on Wednesday nights and I think I would worry

about sort of what's the word I want to say heat death but that's the I think that's the word? I want to say heat death, but that's the I think that's the end of the universe isn't it burn out. I would worry about burnout there. I think it's just hard. How can you stay that

interested and stay on top of all the research if you do three. However I am constantly as many of you

know or don't know obviously the audio podcast is much more popular than the

YouTube version of this but I am on the YouTube thing so every night or nearly every day doing little bits and pieces

Little small interviews with people little clips and often bits where I just comment on something so today is one that is a bit more gossipy, a bit more celebrity goss than I usually do, but it's so sort of tied up in psychology and, you know, behavioral stuff that I thought it might be for you guys and I'd put that out today.

I think the strangest thing about it is that we're able to see it and whenever I've said

and people kick off, Americans sometimes kick off saying like well what do you want
