We all know it's easier to relax in an environment that you feel safe.

If you're constantly worried, somebody's going to come up behind you or somebody's going

a big deal for me. But it's important to recognize that you need to feel comfortable in your

environment. And some of it can be done by arranging the placement of furniture so people can see the

entrances and exits and they don't have people walking up behind them all the time.

Some of it can be done by adding mirrors so people can see things around them.

And some of it is just done by educating everybody about ways to not startle one another,
