A lot of people I feel like got into the business around 20-20 when they saw things were stupid easy and they were like I can have a business right and they didn't do

anything and so you're gonna find these agents now and people are gonna have to

start defining do I want to actually learn what it means to run a business and am I willing to put the time, money, and effort to do that?

Or was it a good run and I didn't have to do anything and now that I do I should probably just go back to my corporate job.

Like I think that we're going to see a huge transition in the amount of agents on the market as well and how that is

going or you know how it's how it's changing and I think that's going to make a huge difference and for those that don't start learning the business now

while we have a little bit of a slow moment are going to

continue to fall behind until it gets to the point where they don't have a

choice but to retire their license. So the question is this, how do most agents find the secrets to succeed in today's competitive

real estate market, especially when the top agents are keeping those
