My name is Joshua Sheets. I'm your host, and today I want to share with you some lessons that I have been learning.

Now, as the years go by, as I get older, I hope my ambition is that I am acquiring more wisdom.

That is my goal, is to become a wise elder of society.

And so since that is my ambition, I believe that it's useful and valuable to try to pay attention to the lessons that I am learning.

And there is a philosophy that I have developed that is a complete and total

repudiation of how I used to live in my youth. And as the years go by, I find myself more and more

embracing this philosophy and seeking to distance myself further from the way that I behaved in the

past. And just the day, I was reminded afresh of how important this is.

Now, I describe this philosophy in my own words in this manner. I say, it's always cheaper to feed
