discussion in a while, and there's so much in the news that I thought now would be a great time.

Well, I think that's a good thing to do because there's a lot of things that have happened,

some of which are really good, and some of which really piss me off.

Well, I think that's always how it is, but let's start off with something for a change,

even though this is Worst Case scenario, something that is actually a best-case scenario.

And that is, New York State just passed legislation expanding the statute of limitations

for both victims of child sexual abuse to sue their abuser or someone responsible for that abuse

and for victims of crime to bring those cases to district attorney's office until they're 55 years old.

Yeah, I was speaking to Mitch Garibitian today about that, and he said on the criminal side

that I don't think the reporting is exactly accurate, that on the criminal side there is now an

increase in the age at which a victim survivor can bring a criminal case, but I don't believe it

is all the way to 55. That's only for the civil side. So he said, I've read a bunch of drafts

of the statute. The statute has passed. It has not yet been signed.

Governor Cuomo has said that he's going to sign into law in February. So hopefully that does happen,
