We're just chatting a little bit, but I'd love to hear more about your upbringing and where

you came from how you got into doing what you're doing now.

Yeah, so grew up in Colorado Springs was born at the Air Force Academy with just family

all in the Air Force.

grew up in a very healthy family.

So we didn't have junk food or home.

My parents exercised every day.

My grandfather told me he was a pretty died.

He was doing a thousand push ups since that's a day.

He used to joke that he would die in the stairwell of his elderly home because he was the only

And you know, grew up in a split family and spent a lot of time with my father in the

car who is a big entrepreneur.

He's a developer.

He still is a developer in Colorado Springs and I joke at saying this and I'm really age

myself when I say this, but he used to have cassette tapes.

And so I know none of you know what those are, but he had cassette tapes.

He would play like Tony Robbins and Ziegler and all these people and I would be so annoyed

because I was so just bugged.

I was like five, six, seven years old while he was listening to his business, you know,
