words. But what it means and what the abbreviation you're going to hear me use and Matt use is

SBRE, which is small balanced real estate. And this is a very large but fragmented

and often misunderstood real estate investment market segment. And Matt's a specialist in this

segment. We're going to talk about that. But we're going to translate this as it applies to
