What do you actually control in this life? And how can you control more of it?
We are all constantly told to focus only on those things we can control, and ignore those we cannot. But understanding what parts of our life we do actually control may be simpler than you realize. Rob is here to tell you that it’s nothing more than these forces: your thoughts, actions and emotions. That’s literally it. Everything you have control over in your entire life is one of those three things. In this episode, we talk through how these essential elements integrate to make up your entire existence. Also, how you can gain control of each of them and make them work together to control a much greater portion of your life. With that sort of power, you can purposefully guide your life toward its absolute ideal.
