Welcome back to Move with Lauren Elizabeth. I'm Lauren Elizabeth and today for our current

0:04.0

mood combo I'm going to be joined by the amazing Victoria Garrick. Victoria Garrick is a former D1

0:10.0

and semi-pro volleyball player, Ted Talk Speaker, mental health and body image advocate, podcast host

0:16.0

and self-love enthusiast. I'm so excited for you guys to listen to this current mood combo because

0:21.8

she is literally the most real and authentic influencer I think I've ever met. Obviously her

0:28.0

podcast is called RealPod so it makes sense. But we have such an open and honest conversation just

0:34.5

about her journey, mental health, body image, all that stuff that she talks about on her Instagram

0:40.9

and her podcast. If you follow her, I'm sure you do and if you don't, you need to because she is

0:46.0

someone you need to see as you're scrolling on your feed. She has so many amazing tips that are

0:51.4

just so tangible and I really think you guys are going to love this current mood combo. But first

1:08.2

could be the smartest person in the world but if you aren't consistent, it literally obviously

1:14.0

doesn't matter. And consistency is one of the hardest things for me because I think when you're

1:19.2

kind of going through mood swings and not always feeling it and maybe not as self-motivating,

1:25.9

I think some people are really good at being self-starters and I am in certain areas but when it comes

1:32.7

to like taking care of myself, it's really hard for me. I mean, that's why I'm someone that's

1:37.6

struggled with burnout in my career and just so many other things. But my best mood this week was

1:43.3

legit consistency because as I look back at the week, I'm like, wait a second, I was actually

1:48.3

consistent with a lot of small habits and just taking care of myself in general. I went grocery

1:53.9

shopping like I talked to you guys about. I cooked dinner, I made food for myself, I consistently

1:59.1

tried to work on my sleeve. I consistently got to the gym. I consistently did something mindful
