Porsche recalling more than 34,000 vehicles because of a potential hazard. The recall includes

27.5,000 Porsche Taikons made between 2020 and

2024 and 6.5,000 Audi Eitron GTs and RS ETRon GTs made from 2022 to 2024. This is in the US.

The NHTSA identified a defect in the traction battery that can cause a short circuit, they say.

And to address the issue, so Porsche and Audi are going to do a update for 80% charging limit.

And if you need to have some more software, they will.

And if possible, they'll do a hardware replacement on a module if they

need to. It's to do with a supplier in the battery pack. That is definitely a bloody nose. But good to
