or a couple of deals to a couple of deals and to get some momentum going by turning him into a listing agent.

And, of course, he lives in an area with relatively low inventory, so that kind of works against you, as you know.

You've got lots of clients in the same situation where you're trying to build inventory, but it sells before you can add to the

inventory. So we have been, you know, basically trudging along, adding inventory using coming
