Alright, we are about eight weeks out from Ironman, Panama City, Florida, November 2, 2019.

It's been quite the journey so far, and we still have a little less than eight weeks

left to make as much progress as possible.

So that's what this episode is dedicated towards.

It's what I have accomplished so far in this training.

So I started end of May, early June, training for this Ironman, having done no triathlons

prior to this.

And here we are today, which is September 9, 2019, and volume's increasing dramatically.

It's interesting because two years ago, to this day, is when I stepped off for the 150

mile Ruck March.

It was a life-changing experience.

And when I say it was life-changing, it had a massive impact on me as a whole as a person.

But that moment, on, moving forward after that, my mindset shifted a lot in terms of where

I wanted to train, mindset for business, mindset for fitness, and things I wanted to accomplish,

like the impact I wanted to believe.
