Now I came up with the idea for this episode the other day where I was having a little

think. So just before I went off to sleep for my nap, I was lying on my bed upstairs and I was

having a think about all the lessons that I've learned so far in my life and the things that

I wish I'd known sooner or someone had told me about

sooner. So I decided to write down some of these things. I always have a notebook in my drawer by

my bed because sometimes at night if I can't sleep or if I'm reading a book or whatever,

I'll just jot down some thoughts. I think it's always good to have them so they don't disappear into the universe.

So I came up with eight things or eight lessons that I think have been most valuable to me.

And of course I want to share with you in the hope that even some if not all might

help and serve you in your life. So here we go and don't be afraid of writing these down by the way.

I have them written down on a piece of paper and often refer back to them from time to time as gentle reminders. So here we go. Number one, the first lesson, quality over quantity.
