And we begin with parents getting the boot from Grammar School lunch rooms in Connecticut.

In the nicest way possible, the superintendent of the Dairy Ann District said,

enough is enough.

Reportedly, so many moms and dads were showing up to eat with their kids, open their milk cartons, and or help them

navigate in the moment social situations, that school officials felt it was disrupting the

school day. While some parents agree and celebrate the decision, others argue that the change

deprives them of both time with their children and an opportunity to model good

social behavior.

Italy's leaning Tower of Pisa is leaning just a little less these days.

After 20 years of reconstruction, engineers say Pisa has improved its posture,

if only slightly.

The famed Tuscan bell tower dates back to the 12th century,

when it was built with a too shallow foundation,

on ground too soft for its weight.

Hence the lien, which at its worst,

was more than 15 feet off center.

But decades of underground work and cabling shaved two feet off the lean,

and this month scientists noted another improvement of one and a half inches.

Even better, it's no longer at risk of falling.

So those hoping to take a cock-eyed picture still can.

At least experts predict for the next 200 years or so.
