Hello and welcome to the Wednesday November 29th, 2017 edition of Tesla Daily on

official Tesla Podcast. My name is Rob Mower. Today we're talking

about new reservations for Tesla Semi, a little bit of news on Uber and Weimo's legal battle,

and the valuation of SpaceX.

Tesla stock on Tuesday closed up 0.23% to $317.55,

this compared to the Nasdaq up 0.49%.

Supercharger network update, we are currently at 1,057 supercharging locations

adding one new station in Ohio. Starting things off today we have more reservations

coming in for the Tesla Semi Logistics company DHL has reserved 10 Tesla semis.

DHL is a division of Deutsche Post, which is one of the largest logistics companies in the world.

Looks like their market cap right now is about $49 billion euros which translates to roughly 58 billion dollars.

DHL's fleet is about 92,000 vehicles worldwide. As usual not all of those vehicles are

necessarily semis. They would obviously have a lot of smaller trucks and things like that,

but it does show that DHL is a very large potential customer

for the Tesla semi.

DHL made a statement saying they quote,

intend to use the heavy duty Tesla trucks for shuttle

runs and same day customer deliveries in major U.S. cities.

D.H.L. also plans to test the electric trucks on longer runs and to evaluate its impact on driver safety and

comfort." End quote. So far this is what we've seen from the majority of

Tesla semi-reservation holders. They're placing orders for a small number of

trucks to take delivery and test them within their fleets.
