A case out of Texas, I want to share with you.

Now, Texas, the crazy ones are either Texas or Florida.

I mean, California has this crazy stuff, but they're on a whole new level,

especially when it comes to criminal crazy-ass stuff.

So this is Texas where a man is facing criminal charges for trying to end his wife's pregnancy

without her knowledge.

And what he did is he slipped medication used to induce the abortion into her drinks.

So here she is.

They've been married for 11 years. He's 38 years old. He's a lawyer,

by the way. His name is Mason Herring. He's been convicted or he's been charged with two felony

counts, including assaulting a pregnant person. That makes sense the other one which uh i didn't even know

existed is assault uh by it with forced induce an inducement to have an abortion okay so those are

two felony counts and now let's talk about texas for a moment texas is one of the most restrictive abortion laws, the lost states in the country.

Abortions is only allowed when a person's life is at serious risk, no exceptions for rape or incest.
